I hired Mobile Vulgaris after communicating with Kelsey. She was enthusiastic and prompt in her replies. I felt like I was talking to a friend. She was very flexible with my demands and desires. She even met me in person to provide me with mock ups and was receptive to my feedback. She met all of my interests and continued to communicate with me throughout the whole process. She kept me in the loop about how long it would take for delivery from Costa Rica. She did her research about my wedding venue, was on time, and traveled a far way to deliver. She took care of everything and reminded me to not worry. She reached out closer to the date without me inquiring. She went above and beyond!! From the beginning I knew Kelsey was the only florist for me. I went to the Del Mar bridal expo, searching for a florist who could fit my needs. The displays the florists had were lovely, but nothing was sticking out to me- everything looked very cookie cutter. Then we came across Kelsey's display. She had these beautiful floating orbs of flowers that caught my attention right away. I got her information and quickly figured out she had the moody, artistic, eclectic vision I loved. She was extremely professional and highly communicative throughout the whole planning process, and went above and beyond to get the flowers of our dreams for our wedding. She was flexible with pricing, and tailored a highly unique and personal lookbook that made us so excited to see the finished product. She drove up to our venue and had a personal touch throughout it all. She perfectly captured the "Bridgerton meets the Beatles" vision we had, with natural elements such as seed pods and flowers that were eye-catching, romantic, and natural. Kelsey is an amazing artist with flowers and a true professional, lovely and kind. I would highly recommend her for any event or occasion you have!"
